The primary objectives of our CSR initiatives are:
Sammaan Foundation shall undertake projects and initiatives in the following areas:
Providing scholarships, vocational training, and digital literacy programs.
Organizing health camps, improving sanitation facilities, and promoting hygiene awareness.
Afforestation, waste management, water conservation, and renewable energy adoption.
Promoting self-help groups, rural development projects, and infrastructure support.
Supporting programs for women's empowerment, nutrition, and child education.
CSR initiatives will be implemented directly by Sammaan Foundation or through partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and other organizations.
A dedicated CSR committee shall be responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating CSR projects.
CSR projects shall be aligned with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, and other regulatory guidelines.
The CSR Committee shall periodically review the progress of projects and measure the impact.
Annual CSR reports shall be prepared and shared with stakeholders.
